马上就要回国了，同学们带着难舍的心情珍惜在新西兰的每一刻时光。本周三的全校集会上，柴禧盈、王一然、杨凯元、周佳艺、王鹏宇、盛世豪、苏灵洲七名同学在Farm Cove Intermediate 的全校师生面前从不同的角度谈在新西兰一个月的感受，他们从NZ、homestay、area class、specialist class、museum and sky tower、howick historical village、zoo等方面谈自己的感受，也算是告别演说。这些同学在LYIS从来没有在LYIS全校集会上甚至自己的班级做演讲，但是一个月来，他们变得非常自信，坚强，主动请缨在这种全校集会上演讲，个别同学有点紧张，表现非常好。

演说词都是学生自己写的，简摘如下：

I have met lots of friends and have been very happy here. I have been working hard in Area4. The math is easy for us. I have read lots of English books and my English has improved.

I liked playing ukulele in Music.I liked painting in Art. We all made a file to put on your hall wall, so we leave NZ a piece of us. I really like eating the food we cooked.

When I was in the howick historical village, I learnt about NZ history. The class of 1850’s we had was very strict, but it’s fun. I enjoyed making the trolleys.

My homestay arranged a lot of activities for us. We went to Candy Land to make candy, we fed animals at the farm, and we walked on the beach. I really love my homestay, and I will miss my friendly kiwi family so much.

This month we have been to many places, but what impressed me most was the zoo. I saw the Kiwi birds which we had never seen in china. They like living in the dark, and they are very timid. I like them. 

The NZ museum looks very nice. I learned about the history of NZ in the museum. There are lots of ancient Maori relics. The Sky Tower is a symbol of NZ. Panoramic views of Auckland. I could see the ocean, the people, the ornate buildings. It’s really cool. I’m very happy to stay here.

I love NZ. I really like the kiwi people and food. I have two friends at FCI, there names  are Henry and Kadin, they are ambassadors. My biggest impression of NZ is the blue sky! And I like Rugby very much.
